Foot Massage at Ojisan: What Changes Between 60, 90 and 120 Minutes?

After a day of standing or walking, you may simply want to rest and spend time on your feet. If you also want shoulder or arm work, the same foot massage name does not mean every duration covers the same areas.

This guide is specifically about Ojisan’s Foot Soothing Massage. It does not describe all 60-, 90- or 120-minute services. If you are choosing a branch on Bangkok’s Thonburi side, use the table as a starting point and check the current Flagship or Suan Phak menu.

Check the Areas Included

The service document distinguishes F60, F90 and F120 as follows. This explains the structure, not whether every branch offers every duration on your preferred day. In particular, F60 does not include neck and shoulder work.

Documented Foot Soothing Options: Check the Branch Menu
OptionListed Areas
F60: 60 minutesFeet and calves; no neck and shoulder work
F90: 90 minutesFeet, legs and some neck and shoulder work
F120: 120 minutesFeet, legs, arms, neck and shoulders, or requested areas

When Your Feet Are the Main Priority

For example, after walking between several errands, you might want time for your feet and calves without upper-body work. F60 is an option to consider if offered at your branch. There is no need to add time because you worry that the shorter choice is not worthwhile.

Explain which areas of your feet or calves need attention and which should be avoided. You do not need to name pressure points or accept uncomfortable pressure because you think foot massage must hurt.

When You Want Upper-Body Time Too

If you want foot rest and some shoulder attention, compare F90 or F120 according to actual branch availability. F90 lists some neck and shoulder work, so do not expect the same allocation as a dedicated neck and shoulder menu.

F120 lists more areas, but requested areas still need a conversation about priorities within the service. It does not mean unlimited additions or the ability to change into any other service. Extra time allows more allocation; it does not guarantee more benefit.

Mention Priorities Before Choosing a Duration

Check the current menu and ask about your main areas alongside your total available time. Allow for travel and the conversation before starting. If your head or upper body matters more than your feet, compare other menus rather than trying to add everything to Foot Soothing.

This is an example conversation, not a review or appointment confirmation.

Check Foot Soothing Options and Explain Your Priorities

Open the current Flagship on Phutthamonthon Sai 2 or Suan Phak menu. Explain whether your feet are the priority or you want upper-body time too, then wait for appointment confirmation.

Health note: massage carries risks. Foot pressure points do not provide a guarantee of treating diseases or organs. If you have health concerns or are unsure about massage, consult your health care provider first, rather than replacing medical assessment. Source: NCCIH, Massage Therapy: What You Need to Know.
